By accessing or using Vorxis ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Vorxis. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. The Service is not available to persons barred from receiving it under applicable law.
Vorxis is currently in invite-only beta. Access is granted at our discretion and may be revoked at any time. Features, pricing, and availability may change without notice during the beta period.
Vorxis provides market data, analytics tools, and AI-generated commentary for informational purposes only. Nothing on Vorxis constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Always consult a qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions.
Market data displayed on Vorxis is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Do not rely on Vorxis data as the sole basis for any trading decision.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at hello@vorxis.xyz if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to: attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service in an automated manner; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; post content in the chatroom that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, or spam; attempt to disrupt or degrade the Service's infrastructure; or impersonate any person or entity.
All software, design, trademarks, and content provided by Vorxis are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent. Your feedback and suggestions become our property and may be used without restriction or compensation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vorxis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms, without notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@vorxis.xyz.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
